<3 Packed Cups shredded, cooked chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
<1 C Mayo
<3/4 C sliced celery (3 stalks)
<2 8oz cans sliced water chestnuts (drained and rinsed)
<1/2 C sour crm (was out once and used Ranch Dressing with great success ;)
<1/3 C bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Scrape into greased 11x7x2 or other 2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle top w/bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. or til edges are browned, casserole is bubbly and breadcrumbs are lightly golden.
Let stand 10 mins. before serving.

Another real comfort dish in our family. I often add a handful of cashews in the casserole and/or on top of the casserole.
