Ingredients:
<4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves (I used 2 tenderloins per each breast half)
<1/4 C honey
<1/4 C Dijon mustard
<1 C finely chpped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap or waxed paper; flatten to 1/4" thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin (in my opinon, this step could be skipped, especially if using 2 breast tenderloins for each breast half). Set aside.
Combine honey and mustard. Spread on each side of chicken and dredge chicken in pecans.
Arrange chicken in lightly greased shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. or til tender.
