1 box of American Land-o-Lakes Cheese 2 lbs
1 can evaporated milk
2 cans of Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Jalapenos 14 1/2 oz.

Directions:
Directions:
Add cubed cheese and evaporated milk in a large sauce pan to melt over low heat. Stir frequently to not burn the bottom. Once all the cheese is melted add the DRAINED cans of tomatoes. Stir and heat through.

Personal Notes:
If do not drain the cans of tomatoes the cheese dip will be runny. Can use other varieties of tomatoes but I have discovered the zesty jalapenos is just right. Not too hot, not too mild.
