Cream cheese-softened
Whipping cream
Lots of paper towels

Directions:
Directions:
Blot individual slices of meat with paper towels to remove the moisture. Blot individual 1/3 slice of pickle with paper towels to remove the juice. In a large bowl whip together cream cheese and small amount whipping cream (just enough to make the cream cheese easier to spread, you can keep adding small amounts of whip cream until you get the consistancy that you want.) Butter the meat with the whipped cream cheese, add one pickle, and roll up. Can also make plain without a pickle.

Personal Notes:
I like roast beef. Ham makes a sweeter roll ups and I have not tried chicken or turkey.
