1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1 heaping Tbsp. Baking powder
salt
1 onion, chopped
buttermilk

Directions:

Mix all together and add enough buttermilk until you have desired thickness. Form balls and deep fry until golden brown.
