3 c. squash
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
3/4 stick butter or oleo
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 - 1 c. crushed saltines

Directions:
Directions:
Cook your squash until tender. Drain off the water and mash squash in measuring cup. Add butter, salt, pepper and milk. Mix all together. Add eggs. Add onion, cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour into greased baking dish or pan and bake at 350 about 40 minutes.
