1 10 ounce box frozen spinach
1 12 ounce jar artichoke hearts - drained and chopped
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.

Thaw and squeeze spinach.

In a medium bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream and cheddar. Season with salt and pepper.

Add to an oven-safe baking dish and bake until lightly golden and heated through.

Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips or French bread with lemon wedge.
