Dry Pot Cheese (Farmers Cheese)
Small Curd Creamed Cottage Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes. Salt water & boil until fork tender. Mash with potato masher. Stir in dry pot cheese and small curd creamed cottage cheese (to taste).

Let cool. Add to pierogi recipe and follow cooking directions.
