2 c part-skim mozzarella
1 (16 oz) carton fat-free cottage cheese
1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach
1/4 c parmesean cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 oz manicotti shells (uncooked)
26 oz favorite tomatoe sauce
1 c water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

Combine 1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese & next 5 ingredients (through pepper). Spoon mixture into each uncooked manicotti sheel.

Pour half of pasta sauce into a greased 13"x9" pan. Arrange sheels and top with remaining sauce.

Pour 1 c water into dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese ontop.

Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
