8 Sweet or Hot Sausage
1 Bunch Broccoli Rabe
1 Onion Sliced Thin
3 Cloves Garlic Diced
Mashed Potatoes
1 1/2 Cup Water with 3 tbs Powdered Chicken Bouillon Dissolved
1 tsp Sugar
1 cup White Wine
Pepper (to taste)
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Sausage in Frying Pan.
In another Large Pan sauté Onion & Garlic in Olive Oil.
Add Chicken Broth, Wine, Sugar & Pepper & bring to a boil.
Add Broccoli Rabe cover & cook for 25 min. (sugar & wine cuts the bitterness of the Broccoli Rabe)
Meanwhile make your Mashed Potatoes.
When done strain Broccoli Rabe.
Serve Sausage, Mashed Potatoes & Broccoli Rabe Together.
