1 head cauliflower, sliced 1/2" thick
3/4 stick butter
juice of one lemon
zest of one lemon
1 t. mustard (dijon) (use GF)
1/2 t. dill

Directions:
Directions:
Butter large baking dish. Place cauliflower slices in dish. Bake 400 for 15 minutes.
In small pan, melt 3/4 stick butter. Whisk in lemon juice, mustard, lemon peel, and dill. Spoon over cauliflower and roast another 10 minutes until golden brown.
