1 1/4 c GF flour blend
1/2 t. xanthan gum
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
1 c. butter
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 egg
2 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 (325 fpr glass dish).
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cocoa; cut in margarine until crumbly. Press firmly on bottom of 13x9 baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in medium bown, beat sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Spread evenly over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool, cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.

I inadvertantly baked the entire recipe all at once the first time. They turned out great! Kind of like a thin brownie with a crunchy-nutty topping.
