4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup crisco
4 eggs
1/4 cup water
Filling
11 lb. ham chopped
4 sticks pepperoni chopped
8 fresh eggs chopped
4 cups cooked rice
2 doz. hard boiled eggs
1 cup parmesian cheese

Directions:

make pie dough and separate to make top and bottom of 6-7 pies
mix all filling ingredients fill shell and cover with dough, brush with beaten egg and bake at 350
for 45 min.

Do you remember going from house to house on Sunday afternoons?...if not you are not Irish or Italian...this was a Easter treat for my generation. Just thought I would pass it along. Happy 70th from beyond.
