GRANDPA’S MEATLOAF

2 LBS GROUND BEEF 1 LB BULK PORK SAUSAGE
2 C BREAD CRUMBS ¼ C CHOPPED ONION
1 TSP CELERY SALT 1 TBSP SALT
½ C GRATED RAW CARROT 1 EGG
1 C MILK ¼ TSP PEPPER

MIX AND PACK IN A LOAF PAN. BAKE IN 350 OVEN FOR 1 HOUR.

GOOD SERVED WITH A TOMATO SAUCE
