1/2 ob. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecan, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar thoroughly, then add one egg at a time. Beat 1 minute after each egg is added. Slowly add whipping cream. Fold in flour. Grease cold pan with Crisco. Preheat oven to 325. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in tube pan.
