double crusts for 9" pie pan
1/3 C margarine or butter
1/3 C chopped onion
13 C all-purpose flour
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 1/2 C chicken broth
2/3 C milk
2 1/2 - 3 C shredded cooked chicken or turkey
2 C frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (nuked covered for one 1.11 mins)

Directions:

Heat oven to 425 F. Line 9" round pan with bottom crust. Melt margarine or butter in med saucepan over med heat. Add onion, cook 2 mins or til tender. Add flour, salt and pepper; stir in broth and milk, cooking and stirring til bubbly and thickened.
Add chicken and mixed vegetables; mix well. Remove from heat. Spoon chicken mixture into crust-lined pan. Top with second crust; seal edges and flute. Cut slits in several places in top crust.
Bake at 425 F for 30-40 minutes or til crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 mins before serving.
