4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 stick melted butter
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour in large pie plate. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Add meringue if desired.
