1 (9oz) package strawberry flavored gelatin
1 3/4 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1cup peeled, finely chopped apple
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in apple juice and cinnamon. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into an oiled 8 inch square dish. Chill until firm.
