Fettuccine
1 Pint Heavy Cream
3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 oz Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté Garlic in Olive Oil.
Add Heavy Cream & cook over med heat.
Add Butter cook till melted.
Add Grated Cheese & Gorgonzola Cheese and whisk till combined and Gorgonzola Cheese is melted.
Add Pepper to taste.
Serve over Fettuccine.
