2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP. SALT
1/4 C. SUGAR
1 TSP. NUTMEG
1 TSP. CINNAMON
1 EGG
1 C. MILK
1/4 C. OIL

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS. MIX APPLES WITH DRY INGREDIENTS. FORM WELL. MIX LIQUID INGREDIENTS & POUR INTO WELL. MIX LIQUID INGREDIENTS & POUR INTO WELL. STIR QUICKLY, UNTIL MOISTENED. BAKE AT 400 FOR 20-25 MINUTES. DUST WITH POWDERED SUGAR.
