1 1/2 C. SUGAR
3 EGGS
2 C. GRATED ZUCCHINI
3 C. FLOUR
1 TSP. BAKING SODA
1 TSP. SALT
1 TSP. BAKING POWDER
3 TSP. CINNAMON
1 C. CHOPPED NUTS

CREAM TOGETHER SUGAR & OIL. ADD EGGS. MIX WELL. SIFT TOGETHER DRY INGREDIENTS, ADD TO EGG MIXTURE. STIR IN CHOPPED NUTS. GREASE AND FLOUR 2 BREAD TINS. DIVIDE MIXTURE INTO 2 LOAVES. BAKE IN 350 OVEN ABOUT 1 HOUR.
