1 BOX ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS

Directions:
Directions:
SLICE EGG PLANT THIN AND INHALF. HEAT COOKING OIL ON STOVE. DIP EGG PLANT IN EGG AND THEN IN BREAD CRUMBS AND FRY IN OLIVE OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
