1 lb lean ground beef
1 16 oz. jar salsa (I like WalMart brand white corn and
black bean salsa)
2 c. water
7 oz. macaroni (2 cups uncooked)
1/2 lb. Velveeta light cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in dutch oven. Drain. Add salsa, water, and macaroni. Cook 5 minutes or until macaroni is done. Add cheese chunks. Mix well.
