3 Large Onions Thinly Sliced
1 1/ tsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Cup Red Wine
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Can Beef Broth
Mozzarella
4 Slices Toasted Italian Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredient except for the Mozzarella & Italian Bread in Pot.
Bring to boil & Simmer for 30 min.
Put soup into bowl .
Add Italian Bread & top with Mozzarella Cheese.
Place under broiler till Cheese is melted.
