3 1/4 c. fresh broccoli florets (about 10 oz.)
2 1/4 c. fat free half and half
1 (14 oz) can fat free, less sodium chicken broth
12 ounces light processed cheese (such as Velveeta Light) cubed
1 garlic clove, minced or 1 t. bottled minced garlic
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. water
1/4 t. ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan; cook, uncovered, over medium heat 8 minutes or until cheese melts, sitrring frequently. Place flour in a small bowl; gradually add 1/2 cup water, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Add flour mixture to soup. Reduce heat to medium low; cook 10 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in red pepper.
