1/4 c. margairne
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken broth
2/3 c. milk or cream
2 c. cut up chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Melt better. Add flour and seasoning. Let bubble. Add liquid and cook slowly until thickened. Add chicken. Pour into deep pyrex dish. Cover with canned biscuits or your own. I use 1 can of Hungry Jack flaky biscuits, seperated and overlapping for a really flaky crust. Pat each biscuit with butter and bake about 35-45 minutes at 425. Green peppers and onions can be added for variety.
