2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Butter casserole dish. Beat eggs. Add undiluted soup and rest of ingredients. Mix with cooked, drained broccoli. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers. Cook, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350.
