1 pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 tsp. vanilla
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla



Crust:

1 1/2 flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and press into 9 X 13 pan. Bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes. Cool.
Beat together the cream cheese, powered sugar, cool whip, and vanilla. Spread this on crust layer. Make pudding with vanilla and spread on cream cheese layer. Top with more cool whip and decorate with shredded chocolate.
