12 tbsp. raisins
12 tbsp. butter
12 egg yolks
12 tbsp. flour
12 tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 tbsp. sweetner
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt

Bake about 15 minutes 300 or 400. Put in water. Dip in orange sauce.
