1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 cup ground suet
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated potato
1 cup raisins
1/2 lb. mixed peel
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. alspice
1 cup all purpose flour
1 small jar cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and sugar, add suet and carrots. Mix dry ingredients, spice and fruits.
Steam 2-3 hours.
