6 large oranges
2 lemons
9 cups boiling water
10 cups sugar
2 1/2 oz citric acid
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the oranges and lemons in pieces and put through food chopper, seeds skin and all. Add the boiling water. When cool enough to handle squeeze through cheese cloth and add the 10 cups sugar. Add the citric acid dissolved in one cup of water to mixture. Makes 1 gallon. Use for punch by mixing with 3 or 4 parts water.
