2 C. warm water (in which potatoes have been cooked)
1 package dry yeast

Mix well and let sit overnight. Keep refrigerated. A cup of it can be used the day after it is made.

SOUR DOUGH FEEDING:

Feed about every four days. Take out what is needed for recipe before feeding. Leat out of the refrigerator 3-5 hours on feeding day. ALWAYS KEEP AT LEAST ONE CUP.

/4 to 1/2 C. sugar, 1 C. milk (Feed half of this amount once a week if accumulates too fast. DO NO USE FOR 24 HOURS AFTER FEEDING.
