3 c Bisquick
1 pound Italian sausage (out of casing)
4 c shredded cheese (Cheddar cheese blends are my favorite)
c grated parmesan
c milk
t dried rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake in oven on lightly greased baking sheet at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.

I like to freeze them after Ive formed the balls. They can be served up any time you have company. Store up to one month in freezer.
Everyone love these and they are easy to make.
