4 c. cranberries
2 c. sugar
2 c. ground apples
1 c. crushed pineapple or 3 oranges (juice) and grated
peel of of 1 orange.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 2 pkgs. Jell-O, let stand then add other
mixture. Serve on lettuce leaf with a lemon salad
dressing.

I got this recipe from Reba Lewis of Russiaville. it's my favorite cranberry salad recipe and Orville even learned to like it. We use it plain without the dressing.
