1 round Brie cheese
4 Tbsp butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
toasted, slivered almonds
apple slices

Melt butter in the microwave and stir in brown sugar until melted. Add bourbon and mix.

Place brie round on plate and heat in microwave 2-3 minutes until soft. Pour bourbon sauce over brie and sprinkle with toasted almonds.

Serve with crackers, grapes, strawberries and/or apple slices.
