First Part:

3 Small Pk's Chocolate chips
2 Cups Chopped Nuts
1 Cube Butter
1 - 8 os. Jar Marshmallow Whip
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Second Part:

Boil For 10 Min:
4 1/2 cups Sugar
1 Large can Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pour over first part and mix well. Poour in large, flat, buttered pan and let stand 24 hrs to set. Cut into squares
