Ingredients:  
1/2 onion - chopped fine
3 baby carrots - chopped fine
1 green pepper - chopped fine
3 stalks celery - chopped fine
1 tsp. dried parsley - or fresh
Fry above in butter until soft - Do not burn

Directions:

1 c. rice cooked with dash of poultry seasoning.
4 oz can mushrooms - drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk
Mix and bake at 350 until fluffy and hot through.

Cook rice - 1 cup raw rice with 2 cups water or chicken broth.
