Melt in skillet:
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. stick oleo
Lay pineapple rings in bottom of skillet.

Mix:
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
8 Tbsp. pineapple juice

Pour over rings. Bake 35-40 minutes at 375.
