1 cup margarine
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
frosting
1 cup margarine
6 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil: margarine, cocoa and water.
Pour this over the flour, sugar, salt, 2 eggs, milk, soda and vanilla.
Bake 20 min at 375* in a jelly roll pan (deep cookie sheet)

While the cake bakes prepare the frosting.

Bring ingredients to a boil and pour over 4 cups powered sugar. Stir in 1 cup nuts and pour over the cake as soon as it come out of the oven while the cake is still hot.
