1 Box of Puff Pastry Sheets (17.3 oz)
2 Bags of frozen spinach (16 oz each)
2 Eggs
1/2 Container Garlic & Herb Spreadable Cheese
8 oz of Feta Cheese crumbled
(can use reduced fat if wanted)
2 Garlic Cloves chopped
Dash of Salt, Pepper, & Onion Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 10" pie pan or flan pan
Microwave spinach in bags, place in strainer and
squeeze out all of the water.
Mix together: Spinach, eggs, cheese, & herbs in
a large mixing bowl
Place one sheet of the puff pastry in the pan.
Fill with spinach mixture
Place the remaining puff pastry sheet flat and slice
it into strips. Create a lattice top for the pie.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until golden

Use a deeper pan if you have one. This Spinach pie is thick and looks great to serve to company. You can make this dish a day in advance, and bake the next day to save time. Your company will never know how easy this was to make.
