3/4 c. heavy cream
3 T. instant Espresso or coffee granules
1/4 c. granulated sugar
4 T. unsalted butter
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chopped
4 oz. unsweetend chocolate chopped
chocolate covered espresso beans
1 oz. foil candy cups

Directions:
Directions:
Heat heavy cream, coffee, sugar, and butter in saucepan over medium heat. When hot, stir to dissolve sugar. Bring to a boil.
Place both chocolates into bowl. Pour boiling cream mixture over chocolate and let stand 5 min. Stir until smooth.
Spoon 2 T. of mixture into foil candy cups and top with espresso bean. Refrigerate 1 hour.
