1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 pkg. soft tortillas
Grated cheese
1 lb. ground chuck, browned

Directions:
Directions:
To 1 lb. ground chuck, browned, add soups, sauce, peppers, onion and grated cheese. Tear tortillas in fourths, then layer as follows:

Layer of tortillas
Layer of meat sauce
Layer of cheese

Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

For a different taste, a pound of shredded, cooked chicken is also good!!
