1/2 C SHORTENING
2 EGGS
3 BANANAS
1/2 C. NUTS
1/2 TSP. SALT
1 TSP. VANILLA
2 TSP. SODA IN 2/3 C. BUTTERMILK
3 C. FLOUR

Directions:
Directions:
CREAM SHORTENING AND SUGAR. ADD BEATEN EGGS AND MASHED BANANAS. ADD BUTTERMILK AND SODA. MIX IN FLOUR, SALT, VANILLA AND NUTS. BAKE IN 2 GREASED BREAD PANS. (1 PAN OPTIONAL) BAKE 1 HOUR AT 325
