1/2 C. BUTTERMILK
2 LG. BANANAS, MASHED
1/2 TSP. VANILLA
2 C. FLOUR
1 TSP. SODA
1/2 TSP. SALT
2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
1/2 C. NUTS

Directions:
THOROUGHLY CREAM SHORTENING AND SUGAR; ADD EGG, MILK, BANANAS AND VANILLA. SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE. BAKE IN 325 OVEN FOR 1 HOUR.
