Crumbs:
3/4 lb butter
3 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 Tbs cinnamon

Cake:

1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tb melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Crumbs:
Mix dry ingredients together, add butter mix by hand
into pea sized lumps.

Cake:

Sift dry ingredients together, mix wet ingredients together,
combine dry and wet ingredients. Grease cookie sheet.
Spread the mixture out. Add crumbs.

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.. Sprinkle with confectioners
sugar when cool.
