2 1/2 lbs Beef Chuck Steak With Bone or any other Inexpensive Steak With Bone
2 Cans Button Mushrooms
3 Large Sweet Onions Sliced
1 Cup Red Wine
4 Cups Beef Broth
1/2 oz Gravy Master
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Olive Oil
Rigatoni Pasta

Flour Meat & Brown in Olive Oil in Large Pot.
Take Meat out of pot & put Onions in & cook till soft.
Put Meat back in.
Add Wine, Beef Broth, Salt, Pepper & Gravy Master.
Bring to a boil, then simmer on Low for 1 Hour.
Add Mushrooms & cook 1 more Hour.
Take Meat out and cut into bite size pieces.
Put Meat back in & cook 15 min more
Serve over Rigatoni.
