Prepared 9" pie crust
1 qt. berries (blackberries, black raspberries,
strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
1 & 1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
3 heaping tablespoons cornstarch
1 3 oz. box Jell-O (same flavor as berries)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook water, sugar & cornstarch until clear and thick.  Take off heat, stir Jell-O into syrup and let set 3 minutes.  Stir in berries; pour into crust; refrigerate.  Good with whipped cream.
Tip: Double recipe and prepare in 13"x9" pan.
