2 c blackeyed peas
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c onion, chopped
1/2 c salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Serve with chips or crackers. Great for New Years Day for good luck--eat 100 peas.
