1 can (7 oz) Ortega whole chilis
2 c grated jack cheese
2 eggs
1 can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put slices of cheese in chilies. Beat enough eggs to cover chilis, salt and pepper. Cook in oven till eggs set. Pour can of tomato sauce over and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook till cheese melts.
