1 chicken, boiled and deboned and chopped
2 tbsp oil
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion diced
1 c uncooked rice
1 c tomato sauce
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet heat the oil, fry the chicken with the bell pepper and onion. Add to taste oregano, chili pepper, and cumino. Pour in the uncooked rice and fry 5 min until rice is coated. Add salt and pepper to taste, tomato sauce and water. Cover and simmer till rice is tender. Check frequently add water if necessary and stir occasionally.
